Vegetables and chicken Wok
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 carrot
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 green onion
- Soy sauce
- Sesame seeds
- Olive oil
Cut all the ingredients into a thin julienne (3mm thick poles) Heat the olive oil in the wok and place the chicken until golden.
Once browned, remove and reserve.
Heat the same wok again and sauté all the vegetables until golden.
Add the reserved chicken, add salt and pepper and then add the soy sauce and serve.
Decorate with olive oil and sesame seeds.
