Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce (dressing for salads or dips)
- 2 bell peppers
- 250cc of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Cook 2 bell peppers in strongly heated oven until golden brown.
Remove the skin and place the pulp of the bell pepper in the mixer with salt and pepper
Add 250 cc of olive oil continuously, gradually until achieving a creamy consistency
Taste before serving
