Florentine faina with olive, parmesan, spinach and garlic
Ingredients:
- 240 gr of flour 0000
- 120 gr of chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 80 cc of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 500 cc of water (more or less)
- 100 gr of parmesan cheese
- 100 gr of spinach sauteed in olive oil
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 50 gr of tomatoes cut into cubes without seeds
Mix all ingredients without letting lumps to form.
Heat the previously oiled container in the oven to 220 degrees
When it’s hot, add the preparation to the container and cook until golden.
It can be cut in the container or let cool for a few minutes before unmolding.
